The 38th Annual Tiger Run 5K Run & Walk!

Tiger Run is a key fundraiser for charitable student-run organizations at the School of Medicine, including the LSUHSC Student-Run Community Clinics (SRCC). These clinics provide essential healthcare to the underserved and disadvantaged in our community.

• The LSUHSC Student-Run Community Clinic (SRCC) is a non-profit organization run by medical students and physicians that has been serving the New Orleans area since 1991. SRCC operates three branches:
• Ozanam Inn (Oz): Meets every Saturday to offer primary care and well-checks, aiming to build professional relationships with patients and address health-related concerns.
• Mobile Health Outreach (MHO): A bi-weekly clinic established in Duncan Plaza that provides primary care to vulnerable populations, including those affected by housing instability, substance use disorders, psychiatric disorders, and general socioeconomic disadvantage.
• Volunteers of America (VoA): Focuses on primary care services and continuity of care, referring patients to specialists as needed and fostering lasting relationships with patients and other healthcare providers.

Tiger Run Sponsor Levels

• Bronze: $250 - your organization’s name listed as a sponsor on the race t-shirt and one 38th Annual Tiger Run t-shirt
• Silver: $500 - your organization’s name listed as a sponsor on our race t-shirt and social media posts, two 38th Annual Tiger Run t-shirts, and free race participation for up to two members of your organization
• Gold: $1,000 - your organization or company’s logo on our t-shirts and social media posts, four 38th Annual Tiger Run t-shirts, and free race participation for up to four members of your organization
• Platinum: $1,500 - your organization or company’s logo on our t-shirts and social media posts, six 38th Annual Tiger Run t-shirts, and free race participation for up to six members of your organization
