The mission of the Henry G. Sullivan, Jr. Initiative is to support the LSU Health Department of Neurosurgery in providing top neuro-care to all patients including those who do not have the financial means to cover their medical expenses. It is our mission to support LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans’ mission of education, research, and public service through direct patient care and community outreach.

Restaurants will be serving a signature dish featuring seafood provided by the Louisiana Seafood Board.
