Contributions to the Public Health Excellence Award Scholarships will directly benefit our students and help them achieve their goals of becoming Public Health professionals.
Donations may be made as a one-time donation or a recurring donation. Donations may be made directly through this portal using the drop-down option or divided into equal monthly or bi-weekly payments via payroll deduction. You can access the Employee Payroll Deduction Form HERE.
A list of the designations is below in a drop-box. This feature allows you to select a specific fund to support, should you choose.
Recognition
Donors can be recognized in several ways, including being named on the School’s Giving Tree, located in the 3rd-floor lobby based on the levels defined below. Recognition levels for donations are within a twelve-month period for donations to any of the listed funds. You may participate individually or join together in pursuing Giving Tree recognition. For instance, if a group of five people are willing to contribute $50 each, that team would receive a Copper Leaf.
Recognition on the Giving Tree is as follows: $250 - $499 - Copper Leaf $500 - $999 - Silver Leaf $1,000 - $2,499 - Gold Leaf $2,500 - $9,999 – Acorn $10,000 - $99,999 – Dove $100,000 - Small Tree
