 Medical mistakes lead to at least 440,000 preventable deaths each year. To Err Is Human is an in-depth documentary about this epidemic and about interventions that have focused on a new age of patient safety. The event will include watching the 75 minute documentary while having small and large group discussions on how an interprofessional approach can affect the current incidence. Attendees to include all health professionals and community members.
