The UroTigers Mission

UroTigers is the philanthropic arm for the LSU Health New Orleans Department of Urology. All proceeds support educational activities of the ACGME-accredited LSU Health New Orleans urology residency program. Our residency program provides enriching academic and clinical experiences for the brightest and most highly motivated urologists in training.

Through our fourfold mission of groundbreaking research, expert clinical care, academic excellence and community outreach, we are able to train the next generations of urologists. These young physicians then carry the pride of LSU Urology into our communities and beyond through the ongoing application of these principles.

LSU Urology and the LSU Health Foundation are grateful for the support of alumni, family, and friends in helping us achieve this goal.
